I. Features:
1. This drilling rig uses special reverse circulation power swivel. So it is not only applicable to work in mountain, loess, hill, plain, forest, gobi, seasonal farmland for seismic prospecting, mine survey, geologic framework investigation etc such drilling project. Also specially it can drill at small gravel soft formation which is not suitable for mud drilling, and soft formation cannĄ¯t finish drilling well directly, but reverse circulation with casing to protect well to finish drilling.
2. Drilling method: reverse circulation and casing drilling. Max drilling depth is 20 meters. Use portable hydraulic casing puller.
3. Reverse circulation mainly use air lifting reverse circulation technique.
4. Self-adaption system to stratum shortens handle regulating time of driller, improves drilling efficiency and ensure perpendicularity of the hole.
5. Drag bit and DTH hammer will be used for soft fofrmation, soft gravel formation and scree formation.
6. Use lithium battery with big capacity to reduce weight at max limit.
7. New design of power swivel that circulation drilling fluid and bearing chamber are separate reduces damage probability of bearing.
II. Configuration:
1. This drilling rig uses the modular design, disassembling fast, convenient and reliable. It includes engine, hydraulic power assy. console platform assy., the mast assy., the power swivel, the aerodynamic system, the drilling tool and other appendices.
2. Optimization design of drilling rigĄ¯s layout like universal-shaft driving direct-drive hydraulic pump(Belt drive option), combination of hydraulic pump and oil tank, combination of reversing valve and cooler assy., reduces the loss of the system, the main mast assembly uses rectangular tube with welding slip way, to improve the safety of using, transportation more convenient.
3. Pull up & down of drilling tools is achieved by hydraulic motor driving roller chain.
